If you’re like me, I have always maintained strict morning and nighttime skincare routines for my face, but never really implemented the same consistency for my body, up until the last year! I use this gentle, yet super effective exfoliator on my face 3 times per week, but it never seemed to click that the rest of my body needs the same type of attention! I’m sharing my top tips for Glowing Summer Skin from head to toe, to be beach or poolside ready at any time!
Dry Brushing – I dry brush everyday before jumping in the shower! It exfoliates dead skin, reduces cellulite, and stimulates the lymphatic system to remove toxins
Body Scrub – I exfoliate with this Smoothing Body Scrub every other day, that softens and has anti-aging properties!
Body Oil – This body oil is a dream! Not only does is smell heavenly, it illuminates, moisturizes with anti-aging & antioxidant benefits & can multitask as shave oil, bath oil or a scalp treatment!
Golden Glow – I just ordered this shimmery version of my coveted body oil, that gives a sun kissed glow from head to toe!
Self Tanner – I’ve used numerous brands of self tanner over the years, but this one takes the cake! It’s streak-free, non-transferring, fast drying and smells amazing! I can spritz on and rub in and throw on pjs and wake up with a Summer Glow!
Body – I made the mistake of skipping SPF in my teens & early 20s, but now I won’t leave the house without it! My favorite lightweight, chemical-free products are this lusciously smelling one, and this anti-aging protectant!
Face – I’m not a fan of pore-clogging SPFs on my face, so I use this Color Correcting Tinted Moisturizer or this Foundation that have mechanical shields to protect from UVA & UVB rays every single day!
Drink up! – Not only does it help to clear skin, but it also helps to prevent dark circles, and plump up wrinkles to make them less visible!
