J.Crew Factory is one of my favorite spots for seasonal staples, and loads of color at great prices. I had the opportunity of hosting a styling event last night at my local J.Crew Factory store, explaining “breaking the rules,” mastering some of the trickiest fashion trends, and expanding your closet by doing so.
A chambray shirt and pencil skirt were two must-have staples I discussed to expand your wardrobe. I did a 101 session in pairing colored denim & trousers for all occasions, as well as how to mix prints tastefully. I had so much fun styling twelve looks showing how to wear each from the office, to the weekend, to a night out.
The launch of the new J.Crew Factory website, makes shopping easily accessible.
After the style session, it was time to shop. My mom & friend, Debbie did a great job styling color blocked looks.

A chambray shirt is the most versatile top you can own! It literally goes with everything. It’s so great for toning down bright color or busy prints, too. The kids would LOVE Crewcuts! I’ve never seen cuter boys & girls clothes! They have the sweetest accessories, too. Catherine would would love it!
