I love making chia seed pudding and sticking it in the fridge for a quick snack or dessert. Chia seeds kept you feeling fuller longer, so I love bringing them to work with me. I decided to combine the two to reap all the benefits!
Matcha Chia Seed Pudding
Makes 2 Servings
1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (or other Non-Dairy milk)
4 TBSP Chia Seeds
1 tsp Matcha Green Tea Powder
1 Squirt of Stevia (or 1 packet)
Optional: Unsweetened Organic Coconut Shreds
Toppings: sliced strawberries, banana, blueberries, chocolate chips, nuts
Mix ingredients (except for toppings) in a bowl or mason jar (I like to use a mason jar with a lid then divide into servings). Let sit overnight, top with your favorite toppings!
