Wedding planning has been so exciting, and so much fun. I can’t even begin to explain how much I can’t wait to marry my best friend, and how amazing this day is going to be. There are so many fun and exciting things that come along with wedding planning, as an event stylist, and having a serious love of putting pretty things together, I’m taking full advantage and planning every detail. For my bridesmaid proposals, I wanted to do something special. I hosted a brunch for them so they could all meet and spend the afternoon together.

In my bridesmaid’s proposal boxes, they received a Kate Spade Planner (with upcoming wedding festivities penciled in), a glitter covered mini bottle of bubbly, a swatch of the “pop” of color for the wedding, a post card of the location, in a matching box. (Purchase the Printable here)

The menu consisted of belgium waffles, yogurt parfaits, breakfast potatoes, bacon, fresh fruit, cupcakes and a mimosa bar.

I chose five bridesmaids total. My Matron of Honor is my best friend since 1st grade, my Maid of Honor is my best friend since preschool, my best friend from college and my future sister-in-law are bridesmaids, and my little cousin is my Junior Bridesmaid. My future niece is our Flower Girl.

DIY: Ghouls Night Out

What’s better than a relaxing night of crafting, cocktails and yummy treats (oh and dressing up too!)

Create a Fab Invite. Or customize this one from my Etsy Shop.

Create a Signature Cocktail, or Two. I chose a Bloody Float (so delicious!) and a Whipped Caramel Apple Cider Martini (Apple Cider + Whipped Vodka + Caramel Vodka)

Add Chic Decor. I found such fun decorations like glitter skulls, “Poison” Mercury jars, and spider web cake stands at Home Goods. Festive lights and rustic tablecloths were scooped up at a local Halloween store. Chic glasses, straws and coasters were fab finds from Target.

“Boo”rito Bar. Display a spread of endless options to create a burrito, bowl or salad. Chicken, black beans, fajita vegetables, cilantro lime rice, roasted tomato salsa, tomatillo-green chili salsa, tomatillo-red chili salsa, roasted chili-corn salsa, shredded lettuce, cheese, sour cream, guacamole and tortillas are all possible options. Make your own or order from your favorite burrito joint.

Caramel Apple Dipping Station. Slice apples, and place on skewers. Heat caramel in a candy melter, and create an array of topping choices in easily accessible ramekins.

Festive Desserts. Homemade Apple Cinnamon Sugar Doughnuts and Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Squares were displayed on fun cake stands.

Pumpkin Painting Station. For a change from carving, display an array of paints, glitter, rhinestones, jewels, and ribbon. Everyone grabbed a brush and personalized their own pumpkin to take home.

Moonlit Mani’s. Create a manicure station with festive colors and glitter.

Dress up. Or tell everyone to bring a fun accessory, such as a witch hat, cat ears or goddess wreath.

Party Favors. These theme coordinated favors were whipped up in minutes.  Festive Halloween cupcake wrappers and sprinkles filled mason jars, tied with color coordinating twine.
